Although tickets are not personalized, there’s no way they could be transferred under any circumstances. In no case adults could use children tickets.
Each person can buy a maximum of 8 tickets.
Tickets bought by phone will only be picked up at box offices in Guanajuato: Teatro Juárez and Auditorio del Estado at the latest two hours before the show.
Access to children under eight is limited to Explanada de la Alhóndiga de Granaditas and those marked for children at the program sheet. Under no circumstance children under three years old will have access.
It depends on the availability of the show. Avoid taking risks, buy your tickets on time.
Tickets will be refunded just in case of postponement or cancelation of shows, the public will receive their refund at the same place they have bought it. Those tickets bought in Guanajuato will be refunded at Teatro Juarez Box Office and those purchased by Ticketmaster will be refunded at the purchase point.

The public will have access to the venue thirty minutes before the shows begin.
Once the show begins, under no circumstance will the public have access except on the intermissions.
It’s strictly forbidden to come to venues with food during the festival.
Festival has some special places for those people with disabilities that will allowed them to enjoy a better view of the show, and they will have special access to the venue.
For hygienic reasons no pets will be accepted on the venues.
47th edition will take place from the 9th to 27th october in Guanajuato, Guanajuato.
We are looking for companies who offer both the festival and public a great diversity, cultural richness and innovating artistic proposals.
The only venue with parking lot during the festival is Auditorio del Estado.

The Festival doesn’t have any agreement with hotels or transportation services.
For respect to the artists, it’s forbidden to take pictures or video during the shows.
